- Page 3 STEP 1 Attach four stool legs (11) to stool bottom frame (9) and stool top frame (10) using bolts (A) as shown. Then, attach cushion (8) to the assembled metal base using bolt (C), and insert foot caps (D) into the bottom of the stool legs (11).
