• Damage caused as a result of improper installation, power
connection (electricity, water, gas), drainage and disposal is
also not covered by the warranty.
• Aesthetic damage (such as scratches, chips, etc.) arising
from use are not covered by the warranty.
• This warranty ends when it is discovered that repairs,
alterations or interventions have been made by anyone not
authorized by Universal Blue.
• The warranty ends when the product has not been used for
domestic use only.
• The warranty does not cover deficiencies resulting from
improper use and periodic maintenance of the product as
specified in the instruction manual.
• Accessories or consumable components are not covered by
the warranty.
• Rubber components are excluded from the warranty.
• The product is not covered by the warranty if it lacks the
corresponding identification plate. The user must inform the
technical service of the data included on the identification
plate when required.
The product will be out of the warranty in the following cases:
• Failures
installation.
• The appliance has been repaired, maintained or manipulated
by personnel without proper accreditation.
• It has been repaired or maintained with non-original parts.
• The wear and tear and aesthetic deterioration produced by
the use, the cleaning of lime accumulation, the revision and
replacement of the magnesium anode as well as other
maintenance operations of the thermos.
• The magnesium anode must not be replaced within the
periods set by the manufacturer.
• Failures caused by accidental causes, force majeure and in
general any damage caused by elements other than the
thermos itself.
