7. PROBLEMS, SOLUTIONS AND SAFETY MEASURES
Problem
The arm (31) does not turn around or
turns around difficult.
The fruit can not squeezed well or the
juice is very poor.
After the squeezing, juice is dripping
from the bowl (33).
Despite settle the product on a flat
floor, the product is wabbling.
After squeezing, the arm (31) does not
spring back.
Possible Reasons
The gear (16) has been deformed.
Provisions gear (13) has been deformed.
Oxidation may have occurred.
Oranges may not oranges for juicing.
The strainer (18) may not be seated well on
the bowl (33).
Application has not been done well by the
arm (31).
Juice dripping is normal.
One of the plastic bases (26) may have come
out.
The top plastic spring (02) can be deformed.
The top plastic bolt (01) may be loosen.
Actions to be taken
Call the supplier.
Call the supplier.
Remove the provissions gear (13), lubricate it and
reinstall it.
Try again with oranges that are oranges for juicing.
Check the strainer (18) and the bowl (33). (Figure 4)
Try again to turn around the arm (31) 1,5 tour.

Please place the dropper (35) right under the bowl (33).
