Vega SI-12 RELAY / User Manual INTRODUCTION This manual is designated for Vega SI-12 RELAY pulse counter (hereinafter – the counter) manufactured by Vega-Absolute OOO and provides information on powering and activation procedure, control commands and functions of the counter. -
