CURRENT CALIbRATION

1. Connect a resistive load bank to the machine configured for
245A equivalent.
2. Connect a certified calibrated current probe or current meter
and shunt to the output circuit.
3. Select "Current Cal" from the advanced setup menu.
4. Selecting yes ("Y") will enable the machine output at a
constant current of 245A.
5. With output enabled, the actual output current measured
externally should be 245 +/- 2A. The upper displays will show
what the Activ8X Pipe believes is the measurement of output
voltage and output current.
6. Rotating the bottom encoder knob will increase or decrease
the output current trimmer adjustment.
7. Pressing the bottom encoder push button will save the
calibration data to memory and display a message for 2
