7.23 Enable AutoStart (SASM)

Description
When enabled, the device will automatically start scanning or advertising based on its current role.
Automatic operations will take place on boot or after disconnection. Advertising or scanning
timeouts will not trigger an automatic restart.
AutoStart を有効にすると、EYSKJNAWB-VX は現在の ROLE をベースとしてスキャン/アドバタイ
ジング を自動的に開始します。AutoStart は起動時、または接続状態から切断された後に実行され
ます。スキャン/アドバタイジングのタイムアウトした場合 AutoStart は実行されません。
