and are linked to each other, the control unit is indicated in the
object as well.

the server.
NOTICE!
In case of problems during log-in, refer to the example
cases and troubleshooting options below.
Description
WLAN module 1 was used to carry out
the entire log-in process and to operate
the system.
The user replaces WLAN module 1 and
starts the log-in process with WLAN
module 2.
However, the original link between
control unit A and WLAN module 1 is still
stored on the server.
For security reasons, the server
therefore does not allow the addition of
a new device, e.g. a combination of
control unit A with WLAN module 2.
The log-in process was started with
WLAN module 1 but was not
completed. The user did not add the
WLAN module to his/her user account.
Instead, the user replaced WLAN
module 1 and is now starting the log-in
process with WLAN module 2.
Since the WLAN module after
integration always logs in with the
router automatically, the original link
between control unit A and WLAN
module 1 is still stored on the server.
For security reasons, the server
therefore does not allow the addition of
a new device, e.g. a combination of
control unit A with WLAN module 2.
Maintenance and Care
Solution
On the server, the affected system /
control unit is marked by a red dot
because WLAN module 1 has been
removed.
Delete the affected system from the
object (click on garbage can icon).
Then, add WLAN module 2 as a
new device.
Log-in process incomplete.
The server administrator has to
manually disconnect the link between
control unit A and the WLAN module 1
at the server.
Then, the user can add WLAN module
2 as a new device to his/her user
account
