4.2. Aterrar e curto-circuitar
Para aterrar e curto-circuitar do lado de ligação com o kit de equipa-
mento para aterramento e curto-circuito, ver as instruções de serviço

4.2.4 Substituição dos ventiladores
Os painéis de alimentação com refrigeração forçada estão equipados
com até quatro ventiladores de longa vida útil. Se ocorrer uma falha de
um ventilador, é emitida uma mensagem de aviso pela regulação do ven-
tilador. Recomendamos que substitua o mais rapidamente possível o ven-
tilador avariado. Apenas podem ser usados ventiladores do mesmo tipo e
fabricante para a substituição. Pode obter mais informações no ponto 3.3
"Funcionamento de painéis de comutação com refrigeração forçada".
A substituição dos ventiladores apenas pode ser realizada por pessoal
técnico qualificado de acordo com as diretrizes de segurança gerais pre-
sentes no manual de instruções "Instalação de distribuição de baixa ten-
são com tipo de construção testado S8 - Funcionamento e conservação".
Depois de abrir a porta do armário de distribuição para aceder ao inte-
rruptor de potência, tem primeiro de ser desligado o ventilador avariado.
Para além da alimentação de tensão CC, tem de ser também desligado o
cabo de sinal PWM (violeta) e o sensor de sinal Hall (branco). Em seguida,
retire a grelha de proteção e solte os quatro parafusos de fixação do ven-
tilador. Monte o novo ventilador e grelha de proteção e, em seguida, efe-
tue as ligações elétricas.
Normalmente, os ventiladores são operados na regulação de ventilador
prevista e apenas funcionam em caso de necessidade. Se for necessário
realizar um teste de funcionamento dos ventiladores, pode proceder de
diferentes formas:
•
Desligar totalmente o ventilador (CC+, CC–, cabo de sinal
PWM, sensor de sinal Hall) e ligar a uma fonte de alimentação
de tensão CC externa. Os ventiladores possuem uma entrada
PWM negada. Assim, funcionariam a 100% das suas rotações
nominais no caso de entrada PWM aberta.
•
Após a colocação em funcionamento da regulação do ventila-
dor, todos os ventiladores funcionam durante aprox. 3 seg.
•
Logo que a regulação do ventilador é desligada, todos os ven-
tiladores funcionam a 100% das suas rotações nominais.
•
Comute o seletor da regulação do ventilador para o nível 0
(modo de teste). Neste modo são comandados todos os ven-
tiladores. Em seguida, coloque o seletor novamente na po-
sição definida de fábrica.
Após o teste, restabeleça o estado de operação original.

4.2.3 Grounding and short-circuiting

4.2.4 Replacing the fans

The incoming feeder cubicles with forced cooing are equipped with up
to four long-life fans. If a fan does fail, a warning signal is output by the
fan control. We recommend replacing the defective fan with an identi-
cal fan as quickly as possible. Only fans of the same type and manu-
facturer may be used as a replacement. For further information, see
Section 3.3 "Operation of cubicles with forced cooling."
Fans must only be replaced by qualified skill persons and in compli-
ance with the general safety rules, which are stated in the operating
instructions "Type-tested low-voltage switchboard S8 – Operation and
maintenance."
After opening the cubicle door giving access to the circuit breaker, the
defective fan must first be disconnected. In addition to the DC power
supply, the PWM signal cable (violet) and Hall-effect sensor (white)
must be disconnected. Then lift off the guard grille and remove the four
fastening screws of the fan. Install the new fan and guard grille and
reconnect electrically.
The fans are normally operated connected to the fan control provided
for this purpose and only run when needed. If it is necessary to subject
the fans to a function test, this can be done as follows:
•
Disconnect fans completely (DC+, DC–, PWM signal cable,
Hall-effect sensor) and connect to an external DC power
source. The fans have an inverted PWM input. They would
therefore run at 100% of their rated speed with an open
PWM input.
•
After the fan control has been started up, all fans run briefly,
for approximately 3s.
•
As soon as the fan control is disconnected, all fans run at
100% of their rated speed.
•
Put the selector switch of the fan control into Level 0 (test
mode). In this mode, all fans are operated. Then put the
selector back into the factory-set position.
After the test, restore the original operating condition.
