Memory Redial
The last 30 telephone numbers dialled (up to 21 digits each) are stored in the Outgoing
Call Memory. To dial from Outgoing Call Memory:
Press the search key until the OUT icon is shown on display, advance up or down to
the search number you wish to dial by pressing the volume keys
When the desired number is displayed, press the PBX dial key, speaker key, or lift
the handset.
Microphone Mute
The Mute Key allows you to switch off the handset and speakerphone microphone
temporarily.
To mute the call so that the called party cannot hear you, press the Mute Key and the
Mute LED will light up.
To cancel mute and resume normal conversation, press the Mute Key again and the LED
light will go out.
Call Hold
A call in progress may be placed on hold at the telephone by pressing the hold key.
When the hold key is pressed, the call remains on the telephone, and both parties hear
the hold melody until the call is retrieved.
There are two separate melodies for the hold function. To select the desired melody,
follow these steps:
Ensure the phone is idle
Dial * 5 *
Dial 0 or 1 to select the desired melody
Dial #. The selected melody will be plated for approximately 6 seconds.
