All installations and set ups must be done by authorized service agents, your dealer, or Maxima representatives. • If your machine is supplied with a factory fitted molded plug then you may plug the unit into a standard electrical outlet.
- Page 6 Installation Position the appliance on a flat and stable surface. Choose a surface where the machine is not exposed to direct sunlight, or close to a direct source of heat such as a cooker, oven or radiator. When positioning the appliance, maintain a distance of 10cm (4 inches) between the appliance and walls or other objects for ventilation and ease of use.
- Page 7 Canister/ MarinateX2 Press once for canister mode or press twice for marinate mode. Pulse Vac Allows you to operate the vacuum pump manually. Press and hold for continuous operation or pulse for dosed operation. The appliance will proceed with sealing automatically when it reaches maximum vacuum pressure. ON/OFF/Cancel Use to activate and deactivate the appliance or cancel any running process.

Troubleshooting The follow overview will help you understand possible problems. However, only qualified engineers should attempt to open or repair the machine. Contact your supplier when in doubt. Het installeren van de machine dient door een gediplomeerd vakman, uw dealer of een Maxima vertegenwoordiger gedaan te worden. • Als uw machine met een standaard stekker geleverd wordt kan u deze in het stopcontact plaatsen.
- Page 14 Installatie Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke en stabiele ondergrond. Kies een plek uit die niet in direct zonlicht staat of dichtbij een warmtebron zoals bijvoorbeeld een kookstel, oven of radiator. Zorg voor genoeg ruimte (10cm) om het apparaat heen, voor gemakkelijke toegang, reiniging en ventilatie. Plaats het apparaat zodanig dat de stekker te allen tijde bereikbaar is.
- Page 15 Canister/ MarinateX2 Druk eenmaal op de toets om een container vacuüm te trekken en twee maal om de marineerfunctie te activeren.. Pulse Vac Hiermee kan u de vacuümpomp handmatig bedienen. Houd deze Ingedrukt voor doorlopende werking of pulseer voor gedoseerde werking. Het apparaat zal automatisch over gaan tot afdichten wanneer de maximale vacuümdruk is bereikt.
- Page 16 Hoe de marineerfunctie te gebruiken De Maxima Vacuüm Sealer 310mm DS heeft een speciale marineerfunctie waarmee voedsel in zo min mogelijk tijd de maximale smaakinfusie kan bereiken. Plaats uw product en de marinade samen in een container. Vul de container niet volledig, laat wat ruimte tussen het product en het deksel.

Zorg ervoor dat er geen vloeistof in de vacuümkamer achterblijft. Droog het apparaat, de onderdelen en accessoires altijd na het reinigen af met een zachte doek.
