Read the Instruction manual carefully before use!
Kubb is a game with a very long history and is believed to have its origins in France. In Sweden, Kubb
was played in Viking times, mainly on Gotland, where it originally was played with chopping blocks,
(vedkubbar) hence the name. The game can be compared to a contemporary battlefield where the
warring parties stand in front of each other.
The rules described below are for just one variant of the game, there are several different sets of rules for
Kubb and you can make up your own rules.
Contains:
10 blocks
6. throwing sticks

This is how to set up the playing field:
RULES
The winner will be the team that knocks over all the blocks on the opponent's side, using the throwing
sticks, and then knocks over the King.
NOTE! If a team knocks the king over during the game that team loses!
The throwing sticks are to be thrown underarm and forwards with one hand. The sticks must not be
thrown so that they rotate around a vertical axis (so-called "helicopter throw"). The throwing sticks are
held at one end and never in the middle.
