During operation and breaks between operation
cycles, the unit should be placed out of reach
of children.
For children safety reasons do not leave poly-
ethylene bags, used as packaging, unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with poly-
ethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suf-
focation!
Never use the unit if the power cord or the power
cord plug is damaged, if the unit works improp-
erly or after it was dropped.
If the power cord is damaged, it should be
replaced by the manufacturer, a maintenance
service or similar qualified personnel to avoid
danger.
Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not disas-
semble the unit, if any malfunction is detected or
after it was dropped, unplug the unit and apply
to any authorized service center from the con-
tact address list given in the warranty certificate
and on the website www.vitek.ru.
Transport the unit in the original package only.
Keep the unit out of reach of children and dis-
abled persons.

ONLY, ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE
IN PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES IS
PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
In case of the unit transportation or storage under
cold (winter) conditions, it is necessary to keep it
for at least three hours at room temperature.
The unit is intended for operation with AC system
and 50 or 60 Hz frequency. The unit does not
need any additional settings for operating with
the required nominal frequency.
Unpack the unit and remove all package materi-
als, wipe the body with a slightly damp cloth and
then wipe it dry.
To release the lock (1), press it on the back
side and open the unit, press simultaneously on
the two lower frying plate locks (6) towards the
handle (2) and remove the lower frying plate,
remove the upper frying plate in the similar way.
Wash all the frying plates (7, 8, 9, 10) with warm
water and neutral detergent, rinse and wipe
them dry.
Before you start cooking, install the required set
of frying plates; to do this, first insert the rear
part of the frying plate and simultaneously press
on the front part of the frying plate until the locks
(6) click.

Install the second frying plate as described
above.
Before using the frying plates for the first time
pour some vegetable oil and spread it over the
cooking surface of the plates, wipe any surplus
oil with a paper napkin.
Close the frying plates and slightly press them
together until the lock (1) clicking.
Insert the power plug into the mains socket; the
indicators (4, 5) will light up.
When the installed frying plates (7, 8, 9 or 10)
heat up to the required temperature, the indica-
tor (5) will go out; unplug the unit.
Wait until the installed frying plates cool down
completely, open the unit and remove the
remaining vegetable oil from the frying plates
with a paper napkin.
Note: - while the first unit operation the heating
elements burn, therefore occurrence of a small
amount of smoke or foreign smell is possible.
It is normal and is not a sign of malfunction.
COOKING PRODUCTS
Place the unit on a flat stable surface away from
sources of moisture, heat and open flame and
with free access to the mains socket.
Do not place and do not use the unit near highly
inflammable materials or liquids and objects
subject to thermal deformation.
Use the unit in places with proper ventilation.
Using the frying plates:
«7» – a set of frying plates for making various sand-
wiches;
«8» – a set of griddle plate frying plates intended for
cooking meat, fish or vegetables;
«9» – a set of frying plates for making waffles;
«10» – a set of frying plates for making nut waffles.
Before using the unit make sure that the fry-
ing plates are installed properly and fixed, then
slightly grease the plates with a small amount of
vegetable oil.
Note: - do not use frying plates of different purpose
at the same time.
Press the handles (2) together and fix them with
the clip (1).
Insert the power plug into the mains socket; the
indicators (4, 5) will light up.
When the frying plates heat up to the required
temperature and the ready-to-use indicator (5)
goes out, release the clip (1), open the unit and
place the food products on the lower cooking
surface. Press the handles (2) together and fix
them with the clip (1).
