Check Function board LED light

Power On

Check 'TP_SW_POWER' ?
3.3V : Standby 0V : Power on
Check 'Power of LVDS (13V)' appear at
TP-PANEL_VCC?
0V to 13V (TP-PANEL_VCC)
Change the LVDS cable.
