2-5. Firmware Version Upgrade

Required equipment
. Personal computer (PC)
. RS-232C cable (straight)
. Version upgrade software (CGProbe Redistributable)
Preparation
1. Connect PC and this unit (REMOTE terminal) using
the RS-232C cable (straight).
2. Remove BKM-FW21 (MONITOR CONTROL
ADAPTOR) from this unit.
3. Set No. 2 switch of the BKM-FW21 DIP switch
(SW3001) to ON.

During normal condition

After the writing is completed, be sure to set No. 2
switch of the DIP switch (SW3001) to OFF again.
4. Attach BKM-FW21 to this unit.
5. Install "CGProbe Redistributable" in any place of PC.

During Version upgrade
6. Double-click "CGProbe Redistributable 5.7.0.1.exe".
7. Click the [Next] button, and then perform the installa-
tion according to the instructions on the window.
8. Double-click "ISPUtility 2.0.5.0.exe". Perform the
installation according to the instructions on the
window.
9. Click the [Next] button, and then perform the installa-
tion according to the instructions on the window.

When the installation is completed, the following icon
is created on the PC desktop.
