9. Storage
We recommend that you store your Ultrasonic Humidifier in the original packaging. Make
sure that all the parts are clean and dry before storage.
Troubleshooting
Problem
Power light off
Power light on, with breeze
and no mist
Abnormal smell from the
mist
Power light on, with low
intensity
Low intesity mist
Abnormal noise
Mist coming out beyond the
nozzle
Remember that before performing any activity consisting of opening, lifting or replacing,
including dispensing oils, disconnect the device from the power supply !!!
Possible reasons
No power supply
No water in the water tank
New units may emit a
strange odor
Dirty water in the tank or
water in the tank has been
kept for too long
Too much water in the main
body
Too much scale in the main
body
Dirty water in the tank or
water in the tank has been
kept for too long
Resonance caused by too
little water in the water tank
Resonance caused by an
unstable surface
There are apertures between
the nozzle and the water tank
Solution
Connect to power supply,
switch on
Fill water into the water tank.
Note: transducer may have
already been damaged
Remove the water tank,
open the tank cover and
let it stay out in the open for
12 hours in a cool, dry area
Clean the water tank and fill
with clean water
Pour some water out from
the main body, close the tank
cover securely
Clean the transducer
Clean the water tank and fill
with clean water
Fill with clean water
Move the unit to a stable flat
surface
Dip the nozzle in water for a
while and then attach it to the
socket on the water tank
