Before calling for service, please review the Troubleshooting list below, since the problem may not
be the product malfunction.

• The recommended room size is an area in which a given amount of dust particles can
be removed in 30 minutes (according to standards of the Japan Electrical Manufacturers'
Association (JEM1467)).

standards of the Japan Electrical Manufacturers' Association (JEM1467)).

• Clean or replace the fi lter if they appear to be heavily soiled.

• Check to see if the fi lter are heavily soiled.
Replace the fi lter.
• Immediately after removing the plastic bag, a slight odour
may occur.
This odour is not harmful for fi lter performance or human
exposure.
