■ Unstable operation of the HDD, or it does not operate (While
using USB 2.0 to connect HDD).

Operation might not be able to process due to power shortage
caused by USB port connection.

So please connect with the USB port again directly to check if the
operation is normal.
■The bottom cover cannot be closed after installing the HDD.
Please make sure the thickness of the HDD is 9.5mm or 7mm.
The HDD of 12.5mm thickness can not be used with this product.
In the case of HDD removed from a notebook computer,
Please check whether the mounter (fixed instrument) is removed.
