Troubleshooting
How to solve the common problems.
Please try the following steps when it seems something wrong.
■Cannot recognize.
Please check the followings;
・Please check if HDD/SSD is installed correctly.
・Please make sure that the USB is connected correctly.
・Please check if the Power/Access LED light is on.
・Please check if USB 3.1 Host is working correctly.
■The Power LED light is on but the HDD is not working.
Please make sure if all the cable is connected correctly.
Please check if the power cable is connected correctly.
Please use the cable included with the products.
■ It cannot read when the computer gets back from Sleep or
Stand-By modes.
This product does not support the Sleep/Stand-By modes of
Windows and Mac. Please remove the device before the Sleep/
Stand-By modes.
■About OS auto-booting.
This product does not support auto-booting for OS.
