■ Is there something wrong if the HDD formatting process
takes more than 30 mins?
It might take longer if Fast Format option was not selected.
So if the user would like to have the Format process done sooner
then please choose Fast Format.
■It shows USB 2.0 while connecting by USB 3.1.
It might read it wrong if connecting with the power on.
Please turn off the power of the product and connect everything
before switching it on again.
■ The recognizing time is very long or cannot recognize while
connecting by USB 3.0.
Might be caused by none-updated USB 3.0 driver.
Please make sure the driver is the latest version.
■Slow transaction speed.
Under connection by USB 2.0, the transaction rate is up to
480Mbps (theoretical).
Under connection by USB 3.0/3.1, if the speed of the built-in HDD
is slow or CPU is processing large loadings due to the influence
of the USB devices connected then the transaction speed will be
reduced.
Also, when using the USB high speed tools ... etc, it is possible
to exhibit the inherent transfer rate.
Please turn off then process again.
