Troubleshooting Tips
Save time and money! Review the charts on the following
pages first and you may not need to call for service.

s Press POWER ON/OFF to turn off the washer.
s Call for service.
When the cycle has started but water has not filled the wash basket
within 60 minutes, a signal will sound and this code will be displayed.
s Make sure the incoming water faucets are on.
s Make sure the fill hoses are not clogged or kinked.
Power did not automatically turn off at the end of the cycle.
s Press POWER ON/OFF to turn off the washer.
Water is not draining out of the washer.
s Make sure the drain hose is not kinked and is connected properly.
Wash load is unbalanced.
s Distribute laundry evenly in the basket.
s Make sure washer is level. See Leveling the Washer.
Washer lid is not closed.
s Close lid.
Any time the total time required is more than 99 minutes,
this status indicator will be displayed.
