6.4 Fitting/removing the gooseneck

Because of the reverse polarity
protection, the gooseneck can only
be fitted in one direction. To do this,
guide
the
protection into the recess provided.
The gooseneck now needs to be
screwed
in.
connection anticlockwise until it is
tight.
To remove the gooseneck, turn the
screw connection towards the
"Remove" until it releases. Then you
can remove the gooseneck.

6.5 Using the Device

6.5.1 Switching the borescope on/off

To switch the borescope on, press and hold the On/Off button [6] for about 3
seconds until the display [2] illuminates. To switch the borescope off, press and
hold the On/Off button [6] for approx. 3 seconds.

6.5.2 Lighting

There are 6 LEDs in the camera head [1]. You can switch on the lighting by
pressing the Light button [8]. Pressing this button multiple times will stepwise
increase the LED brightness. There are 10 adjustable levels. Once the highest
level has been reached, pressing the Light button [8] again will turn the light
off. If you change the brightness setting and then power the camera off and
back on, the light brightness will be reset to the default value.
This is a special lamp not suitable for domestic room
illumination but intended to illuminate the working space only.
