Problem
The charging light
does not start
flashing green when
I insert the micro
USB plug into the
micro USB socket
on the connection
panel.
The adapter is
connected to the
BlueTouch Pain
Relief Patch and
the charging light is
not solid or flashing
green.
Possible cause
You have not
inserted the
adapter or have
not inserted it
properly into
the wall socket.
You have not
inserted the
standard USB
plug or have
not inserted it
properly into
the adapter.
The wall socket
into which you
have inserted
the adapter is
not live.

occurred during
charging.

Solution
Insert the adapter into the
wall socket properly.
Insert the standard USB plug
into the adapter properly.
Connect another appliance
to the same socket to check
if the socket is live. If the
wall socket is live, but the
BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch
does not charge, contact
Philips.
Press the button on the
BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch to
restart charging.
