Prior to the installation of accessories or maintaining the equipment,
disconnect the air supply.

Do not point the tool at yourself or other people. This can result in

Tighten all nuts, bolts and screws and make sure that your equipment
is in good working condition.
10. When there is a defect of the item, disconnect the tool directly from the
air. The air sander may be used again until after the test or repair.
11. Use only equipment that is suitable for pneumatic devices.

- Page 3 OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Lubricate the tool before operating. See ·CARE AND MAINTENANCE" section for oiling instructions. 2. Remove the collet fixing cap at counterclockwise direction by hand or by one wrench while holding the other wrench on the flats of the collet base. 3.
- Page 4 5. Remove the air cap from the tool air Inlet and connect the air supply hose to the tool. Set the air pressure at 90 PSI. 6. Push forward the throttle lever lock and press down on the throttle lever. How far the throttle lever is pressed determines the tool rotation speed.
