2. Description

The transmitter and receiver look very much alike. Find the nametag with 'AVMOD8TX' (= transmitter) or 'AVMOD8RX' (=
receiver).

1. ON/OFF LED : this LED is lit when the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position.
2. 2.4GHz A/V antenna (front) : Transmits A/V signals. Attention : the antenna will only turn 270° (see "Orienting devices"
on p. 6).

4. Channel switch : Select the desired channel number. Remember to select the same channel on both transmitter and
receiver.
5. Audio left jack (white)

9. ON/OFF switch
10. Channel switches : Place the channel switch in the ON position to select the channel. Switch 5 sets the timer for the
autosequence function. Select the same channel number for transmitter and receiver.

  • Page 6 A/V OUT. b) Connection with a Stereo You can connect the AVMOD8 to your stereo : • Use an A/V cable to connect the transmitter's audio jacks with your stereo (mind the colours). You do not need the yellow video plug.
  • Page 7 • Do not try to open the housing. Have a skilled technician repair or check the device. • Do not drop the AVMOD8, do not shake it or hit it. Excessively rough treatment may damage the internal circuits. • Wipe the device clean with a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
