Apply 120V AC to PPV connector
Apply +5V at pin 2 of PVS1 connector.
Connect 2.2K ohm resistor between pin 2 and 3.
Is there 1.5V, 3.3V, 5V and 9V at
PAA1, PAA2 and PVS2 connectors?
1.5V PAA1 Pins 1, 2 3
3.3V PAA1 Pins 4, 5, 17
Connect 1K ohm between QU93 base and GND.
Is the 1.5V, 3.3V, 5V and 9V shut down?
Remove 1K ohm between QU93 base and GND.
