Operation
Proof Test Procedure
1.
Put out of service the entire safety loop. Protect the application by means of other measures.
2.
Prepare a test set-up, see figures below.
3.
Test all channels of the device. Verify the current and resistance values as given in table below.
Only if all tests are successfully done, the proof test is successful.
4.
After the test, reset the device to the original settings.

The following figures show the proof test set-up for K-LB-2.30 and K-LB-2.30G.
Prepare the proof test set-up of the other devices of this device family accordingly.
