ACTION/CAUSE
1. Check the U/V/W connections on the drive side.
2. Check the compressor motor windings.
3. Check the compressor is operating within specified
limits.
4. Sensor on Drive not reading properly - Replace
Drive.
1. Check that the line voltage is no more than 15%
below the specified voltage for the drive. Check the
line voltage for noise.
2. Check the compressor is operating within specified
limits.
3. If the problem persists, then it is possibly a drive
component issue. Replace the drive.
1. Check that the line voltage is no more than 15%
above the specified voltage for the drive.
2. Check the DC bus voltage if it is >385VDC.
3. Check the compressor is operating within the
specified limits.
4. If the problem still persists, then it is possibly a
drive component issue. Replace the drive.
