    NOTES TROUBLESHOOTING SYMPTOM Device remains 'OFF’ Make sure that the power cord is securely seated in the IEC socket and plugged all the way into the AC outlet. Make sure that the AC outlet is live (check with tester). Remove power cord and check the Fuse. If blown, then replace with exact type and rating.
