Make sure the ignition switch is in the
position.
1. Remove the centre cover.
2. Remove the couplers from the battery
cover.
3. Move the battery cover upward by
removing the bolts.
4. Disconnect the negative
the battery.
5. Disconnect the positive
the battery.
6. Remove the battery cover.
7. Remove the battery, taking care not to
drop the terminal nuts.
