Remove all packaging from the DVD player. Retain the packaging. If you dispose of
it please do so according to any local regulations.

Remove the Insulating Strip from the Remote Control
Remove the insulating mylar strip from the battery
if the battery is being used for the rst time. It is
located at the bottom back side of the remote
control.

Battery Installation for the Remote Control

1. Press and hold the battery release
tab and pull out the battery holder
completely.
Install the batteries correctly by following the polarity (+ and -) indications in the
battery compartment.

• The battery is partially charged at shipment. Charge the battery to full for the
rst time use and when the low battery (
takes about 4 hours at fully charged.
• Battery will not charge when the DVD player is switched on the power. Turn off
the power to charge the battery.
Quick Start Guide
1. Connect the DC IN jack to power via supplied mains adapter.
The LED indicator lights up red indicating the battery is in charging mode. When the
battery is charged to full capacity, the LED indicator goes o .

Slide the power switch to ON position. The LED indicator lights up green indicating
the power is being used.
To run unit using AC power, make sure the mains adapter is plugged in to the DVD
player.

Playing a Disc

1. Lift OPEN/CLOSE handle to open the DVD disc cover.
2. Hold the disc by its sides and
carefully place onto the disc
holder with the label side
facing up. Gently push the disc
down until you hear a "click"
sound, and then close the disc
cover.
3. The DVD player will
automatically display the main
menu or start playing the DVD.
If the DVD player does not
automatically play the DVD,
press the PLAY/SEL..
your new DVD Player is now ready to use.
