PRE-OPERATION CHECKLIST

Follow the steps below prior to using the machine every time.
1. Check to ensure the engine oil is at the proper level. Use SAE 10W30 Oil.
2.
Check the handle in the frame to ensure they are tight and will not vibrate
loose.
3.
Add fuel to the fuel tank. Be careful not to spill while filling and do not overfill.
This engine is certified to operate on unleaded petrol with octane rating
of 91 or higher.
4. Connect and tighten the garden hose to the GHA (garden hose inlet)
connection.
5. Connect high pressure hose to the pump outlet. Connect the other end to
the spray gun.
Water must be turned on prior to starting the cleaner, pull the

spray trigger to ensure water is moving through the lines and out the
nozzle without any leaks before starting the unit. Tank units will not
flow water until started. Tank must be full before starting.
6. Review the safety guidelines in the manual prior to starting the unit. If you
have any issues operating the pressure cleaner, call our customer service
line.

the cleaner. Oil level of the pump/gearbox should be at
about halfway up the sight glass. If your unit does not
have one, use the oil dipstick. The level should be about
halfway up the dipstick.
• Failure to do so could cause the engine to seize if the oil is
low or empty.
Connect Hose and Water Supply to Pump Before Starting
DO NOT start your pressure cleaner without
the water supply turned on.
• Failure to do so will result in damaging the pump from
overheating and void the warranty.
