Removing BBU Assembly or Blank From the Router

Step 2
Install the BBU assembly and torque bolts per detailed instructions in
on page
13.
Step 3
Tighten and torque the BBU security screw to 10-12 in-lbs.
Removing BBU Assembly or Blank From the Router
Follow these steps to remove the BBU assembly or blank from the router:
Step 1
Back out the BBU security screw until it hits retention plate. See
Step 2
Loosen four M6 bolts with 10mm socket on the BBU faceplate (do not remove the bolts from the faceplate).
Step 3
Pull the BBU assembly or blank out straight.
The BBU assembly is heavy.
Caution
Step 4
Ensure the BBU gasket stays in place and the sealing surface is clean.
