Installing BBU Assembly or Blank to the Router

Step 1
Ensure that BBU gasket is fully installed in the gasket groove and the sealing surface is clean.
Step 2 Ensure the BBU Security Screw is fully backed out (see

Align the BBU assembly or blank with the router chassis, note the location of padlock tab.
Step 4 Carefully push the BBU assembly fully into cavity. BBU is self aligning with internal guide pins. Do not leave the BBU
assembly unattended until the M6 bolts have been tightened.
Step 5 Torque M6 bolts with 10mm socket driver. Torque to 15-20 in-lbs in the sequence shown below.
