About Giga Pocket
There are interference lines on the TV screen
These lines appear when you use Clone mode with Giga Pocket. To avoid the interference lines, minimise
the Giga Pocket window of the desktop monitor then maximize it again.
Giga Pocket does not launch and a "Hardware Overlay Error" message appears

If another application is using the hardware overlay, this means it is temporarily overriding your desktop
settings and preventing Giga Pocket from launching. Close the relevant application and relaunch Giga
Pocket.

If you want to use Giga Pocket at the same time as another application, make sure you launch Giga
Pocket first, as it needs prioritised access to the hardware overlay.
About the display
My monitor does not display anything

Check that the computer is plugged into a power source and that it is turned on.

Check that the monitor is plugged into the computer and to a power source, and turned on.
❑
Check that the power indicators on the main unit and on the screen are on.
❑
Adjust the brightness of the monitor.
❑
The computer display may be in Standby mode. Press any key to activate the display.

If you want to use a digital display (DVI), you cannot use it at the same time as a VGA. Either disconnect
the VGA display and reboot your computer, or change the settings as described under Connecting an
external display

To retain the display settings you make under the Control Panel, you can download the display driver
from the website http://www.vaio-link.com.
