OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. To Attach Battery Pack a. Align the raised portion on the battery pack with the grooves on the bottom of the tool, then slide the battery pack onto the tool, as shown. b. Make sure that the latches on the battery pack snap into place and the battery pack is secured to the tool before beginning operation. - Page 10 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 3. Belt-adjustment knob WARNING Always remove the battery from the sander before making any adjustment. • When the sander belt (J) is correctly attached, the sander belt will remain centered and will smoothly run over the rollers. Rotating the belt- adjustment knob (G) to adjust it as necessary and as described below.

Tighten the handle knob to secure the handle in place. WARNING Before sanding small workpieces, ensure that the workpiece is securely held in a vise or clamp.
