Uso previsto La levigatrice per calcestruzzo EBS 235.1 è stata concepita per un impiego di tipo professionale. Deve essere azionata solo dopo essere stata completamente assemblata conformemente alle istruzioni.

Avvertenze di sicurezza L’utilizzo in totale sicurezza dell’attrezzo è possibile solo previa lettura integrale delle istruzioni d’uso e stretta osservanza delle disposizioni in esse contenute.
- Page 6 Verificare che il numero di giri indicato sul disco sia uguale o maggiore del numero di giri della macchina. I dischi abrasivi devono essere conservati e maneggiati attenendosi scrupolosamente alle istruzioni del costruttore. Controllare l’accessorio prima dell’utilizzo; non utilizzare prodotti rotti, crepati o altrimenti danneggiati.
- Page 7 Con un martello di gomma battere con cautela sull’impugnatura fino a quando sarà interamente inserita sul tubo. Regolazione dell’impugnatura Per la levigatura in prossimità di bordi e spigoli, l’impugnatura (2) può essere spostata lateralmente. A questo scopo aprire la leva di bloccaggio (3), spingere l’impugnatura a sinistra e chiudere nuovamente la leva.
- Page 8 Regolazione del carrello Per ottenere una levigatura ottimale, la posizione del carrello deve essere adattata all’inclinazione attuale del carrello per la guida a pavimento e al grado di usura del disco abrasivo (altezza dei segmenti abrasivi). Allentare pertanto la vite (7) con la chiave a brugola SW 8 fissata alla colonna del carrello per la guida a pavimento.

In caso di arresto meccanico o interruzione di corrente, spegnere immediatamente la levigatrice per calcestruzzo azionando l’interruttore di accensione/spegnimento, per evitare la riaccensione involontaria dell’attrezzo (pericolo di lesioni). Aspirazione della polvere La polvere che si origina durante la lavorazione è dannosa per la salute.
- Page 10 Per la levigatura in prossimità di bordi e spigoli, l’impugnatura deve essere regolata adeguatamente (cfr. Regolazione dell’impugnatura). Attenzione! Tutte le operazioni di levigatura possono essere eseguite solo se il carter di protezione è integro e completo. Attenzione! Non toccare i componenti in rotazione! - Page 16 Only use grinding wheels recommended by EIBNENSTOCK. Safety Instructions Safe work with the machine is only possible if you read this operating instruction completely and follow the instructions contained strictly. Additionally, the general safety instructions of the leaflet supplied with the tool must be observed. Prior to the first use, the user should absolve a practical training Work concentrated and carefully.
- Page 17 Let it run idle for about 30 seconds in a safe position. If considerable vibrations occur or if other defects are recognised, switch off immediately. Always lead the mains and extension cable as well as the extraction hose to the back away from the machine.
- Page 18 For grinding near to the edge the handle (2) can be moved laterally. For this open the clamp lever (3), move the handle to the left and close the clamp lever. Heigth adjustment The floor guiding device can be adjusted in its height and inclination to your needs.
- Page 19 Electrical Connection Before starting the machine check the correspondence between voltage and frequency according to the data mentioned on the identification plate. Voltage differences from + 6 % and – 10 % are allowed. The grinder is made in protection class I. Only use extension cables with a sufficient cross-section.
- Page 20 Dust Extraction Dust which occurs during your work is hazardous to health. That is why the machine must be used with a vacuum cleaner, and a dust mask has to be worn. The suitable Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner DSS 1225 or DSS 1250 is available as accessory.
- Page 21 For grinding near to the edge the handle has to be adjusted accordingly (see handle adjustment). Attention! For all other works you always have to work with the complete protection hood! - Page 22 Open the 6 cheese-head screws M6x20 (8) with the Allen key SW 5 included in delivery of the grinding wheel. For easier wheel changing lock the workspindle with an Allen key SW 8 through the opening in the middle of the ventilation shroud of the motor.
