SYMPTOM

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Connect the adapter to the unit and wall
outlet
Press the button on the unit or on
remote control to power on the unit
Raise the volume level by pressing the
+ button on the unit
Or press VOL+ button on remote control
Play music/movie in the paired/
connected device as usual and make
sure the volume level of it is in high
level.
Press the button on the unit
repeatedly or use the corresponding
button on remote control to switch to
desired mode.
Reduce the volume level by pressing
the - button on the unit
Or press VOL- button on remote control
Reduce the volume level of the paired/
connected device.
Point the remote control to the remote
sensor on the unit within 16 feet, +/-30
degress
Replace with new battery.
Put the external BT device close to the
unit.
Pair the unit with the BT Device as the
procedures stated in this manual.
Please read which channel is the ARC
channel for your TV, and insert this HDMI
cable to HDMI ARC channel. it only
works in HDMI ARC channel.
Please go to the TV setup menu, turn
on the CEC control and turn on the ARC
from the setup menu.
