RAYCHEM Mats
RAYCHEM mats are electric floor heating mats consisting of heating cables embedded within two layers of
polyester fabric.
Mats are designated UKXXYY-WWW where UK denotes the voltage XXYY is the dimensions in meters and WWW is
the watt density in watts per square meter. e.g UK1509-160 is a 230V mat 1.5 x 0.9 meters in size and 160 w/m
in
2
watt density .
The following thermostats are approved to be used:
NRG-Temp, NRG-DM, Green Leaf, SENZ and SENZ WiFi.
The means for disconnections must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.
