The ind em nification shall b e m ad e only und er the warranty p olicy of p rod ucts or p arts rep lacem ent.

Because this is a safety unit, a reg ular m aintenance for every six m onths and d aily m aintenance
m ust b e p erform ed .
•
If any ab norm ality w as found in the d etector head , notify them to RIKEN KEIKI im m ed iately.
