5. USB Assembly
(USB Circuit Board+shield USB)
(Time required : About 5 min.)
5-1 Remove the rack mount angle L and R. (See procedure 1.)
5-2 Remove the bottom cover. (See procedure 2.)
5-3 Remove the two (2) screws marked [630]. The USB
assembly can then be removed. (Fig.2)
6. MAIN Circuit Board, JACK Circuit Board (1/2, 2/2)
(Time required : About 15 min.)
6-1 Remove the rack mount angle L and R. (See procedure 1.)
6-2 Remove the bottom cover. (See procedure 2.)
6-3 Remove the PS circuit board. (See procedure 3.)
6-4 Remove the side cover L and R. (See procedure 4.)
6-5 Remove the USB assembly. (See procedure 5.)
6-6 Pull out the ten (10) fader knobs and six (6) VR knobs
(GAIN). (Fig.2)
* When installing the fader knobs and VR knobs, be careful of
the color of the knob. (Fig.2)
6-7 Remove the two (2) screws marked [200]. (Fig.2)
6-8 Remove the eighteen (18) screws marked [270] and twenty-
six (26) sets of the hexagon nut and washer. The MAIN and
JACK circuit boards (1/2, 2/2) can then be removed. (Fig.2)
6-9 JACK Circuit Board (1/2):
6-9-1 Disconnect the seven (7) connectors located between the
MAIN circuit board and JACK circuit board (1/2).
The JACK circuit board (1/2) can then be removed.
6-10 JACK Circuit Board (2/2):
6-10-1 Remove the hexagon nut. The JACK circuit board (2/2) can
then be removed from the MIX1 support. (Fig.3)

5-1 ラ ッ ク アングルL、 Rを外します。 （1項参照）
5-2 ボ ト ムカバーを外します。 （2 項参照）
5-3 ［630］ のネジ2本を外し、 USB Ass yを外します。

6-1 ラ ッ ク アングルL、 Rを外します。 （1項参照）
6-2 ボ ト ムカバーを外します。 （2 項参照）
6-3 PSシー ト を外します。 （3項参照）
6-4 サイ ド カバーL、 Rを外します。 （4項参照）
6-5 USB Ass yを外します。 （5項参照）
6-6 ノ ブFADERを10個と ノ ブVR （GAIN） 6個を抜き取り ま
す。 （Fig.2）
* 再取付け時は、 ノ ブFADERおよびノ ブVRの色に注意
して下さい。 （Fig.2）
6-7 ［200］ のネジ2本を外します。 （Fig.2）
6-8 ［270］ のネジ18本と六角ナ ッ ト と ワ ッ シャ26セ ッ ト を外し、
MAINシー ト、 JACKシー ト （1/2, 2 /2） を外します。

6-9 JACKシー ト （1/2） ：
6-9-1 MAINシー ト とJACKシー ト （1/2） を接続しているコネク タ
（7ヶ所） を外し、 JACKシー ト （1/2） を外します。
6-10 JACKシー ト （2/2） ：
6-10-1 六角ナ ッ ト1個を外し、 サポー トMIX1からJACKシー ト
（2/2） を外します。 （Fig.3）
