9 MANUTENZIONE E CONTROLLI

AVVERTENZE
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento sul-
l'uni tà o di accedere a parti interne, as si cu -
rar si di aver tolto tensione alla macchina.
Poiché la tubazione di mandata del com pres -
so re ha temperature elevate, si rac co man da
di prestar particolare attenzione quan do si
opera nelle vicinanze di essa.
Se si deve operare in prossimità delle bat-
te rie alettate, prestar particolare attenzione
alle alette in alluminio in quanto esse sono
particolarmente taglienti.
Una volta effettuate le operazioni di ma nu ten -
zio ne, si raccomanda di richiudere sem pre
l'unità tramite le apposite pannellature, che
vanno fi ssate con le viti di serraggio.
Si tenga presente che tutte le operazioni
descritte in questo capitolo DEVONO ES-
SERE ESEGUITE SOLO DA PERSONALE
QUALIFICATO CON USO DI PROTEZIONI
INDIVIDUALI.
9.1 GENERALITÀ
È buona norma eseguire controlli periodici all'unità, al
fi ne di verifi carne il corretto funzionamento. Di seguito
vengono descritti i controlli da eseguire mensilmente
e ogni 4 mesi. Inoltre, nel caso si prevedano lunghi
periodi di inattività della macchina, e se le temperature
am bien te sono inferiori al punto di congelamento del
fl uido utilizzato, va scaricato il fl uido dalle tubazioni e
dagli scambiatori di calore.

The unit should be controlled periodically to make sure
it works correctly. The controls that should be made on
a monthly and four-monthly basis are described below.
Furthermore, if the unit is not expected to be used for
a long period, and if the room temperatures are lower
than the fl uid freezing point, the fl uid should be drained
from the piping and the heat exchangers.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND
CONTROLS
WARNINGS
Before carrying out any work on the unit
or accessing internal parts, make sure the
unit is disconnected form the mains power
sup ply.
Given the compressor delivery pipe high
temperature, special attention should be
paid when working near pipe and wait for
the pipe to cool.
When working near the fi nned coils, pay
special attention to the aluminium fi ns as
these are particularly sharp.
After maintenance operations have been
completed, the unit should always be closed
with the relative panels which should be fi xed
with the relative screws.
Please remember that all the operations
de scribed in this chapter MUST ONLY BE
CAR RIED OUT BY QUALIFIED STAFF WEAR-
ING PERSONAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT.
