To send an email to your phone:
1.
Open the application.
Outlook
2. Click on the field and enter the target's phone
To:
number but append
the end of the number.
For example XXXX@messaging.sprintpcs.com

To send an appointment reminder to your phone:

Navigate to the Calendar and create a new
appointment.

Open an existing appointment by double-clicking
the entry from the Calendar screen.

Click on the To: field and enter the target's phone
number but append
the end of the phone number.

This adds the phone as an invitee to the
appointment and send them a reminder of the
meeting in the form of an SMS text message.
