To release the Dough HOOK"
Ensure the speed setting is at the "0" position.
Press the eject Button down, The dough hook or the Egg Beater can then be easily removed.
Speed selection
By adjusting the speed setting, you can vary between 6 speeds. Turbo speed can immediately be
activated by pressing the "TURBO" button at any speed setting from "1-5" position.
Low speed:
• Suitable when starting a process.
• For continuous use of stirring , beating and intermixing of ingredients and thin fluids.
High speed:
• Suitable for the whipping of egg white, cake dough, sauces and heavy dough.

Cleaning and maintance
• Before cleaning any parts of the appliance, the Speed Setting must be on the "0" position.
• Remove the plug from the mains supply.
• Remove the accessories.
• To remove stubborn spots, wipe surfaces with a piece of damp cloth in sudsy water or a mild,
non-abrasive cleaner follow with a clean, damp cloth.
• Do not use any abrasive cleaners or material or clean any parts of appliance, as it can damage
the finish.
• Some foods, e.g. carrot, may discolour the plastic. Rubbing with a cloth dipped in vegetable
oil vegetable oil helps remove discolouring.
• Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry.
Storage
• Store the appliance after it has cooled down gradually.
• When not in use, disconnect the appliance and store in a dry, safe place, out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting

The device is not working
- Check that the mains connection cable is firmly plugged in.
- Check the positions of the switches.
