BIG Base Master Mini Operation Manual

このたびは、 ベースマスターミニ(BMM-10)を御採用頂きまして有難
うございます。ベースマスターミニは基準位置の検出や工具長設定用の
精密タッチセンサーです。内部接点方式の採用により通電しない加工物
や刃具にもご使用頂けます。測定器としてお取扱いの上、末永く作業に
お役立て下さい。なお、ご使用前に必ず本書をお読みいただき、ご使用
される方がいつでも見ることができる場所に必ず保管してくださいます
ようお願いいたします。

*測定面の径より大きい刃具は使用できません。
＊BMM-10 will not function for a tool, which has larger diameter than the sensor plate.

底面のバッテリーキャップをコイン等で取り外し、付属のバッテリー(CR1620)を図のように
入れバッテリーキャップを締め込んでください。方向を逆に入れるとLEDが点灯しません。
Turn and remove the battery cap using a coin or similar and load the battery (CR1620) as illustrated
right and then tighten the cap. If set reversely, the LED does not turn on.

内部の精密スライド部やシ－ル部の潤滑油が硬化して測定子のストロ－クが不安定な場合が
ありますので、数回指で測定子をストロ－クさせてからご使用ください。
また、ストロ－クの際にＬＥＤ(緑)の点灯を確認してください。ＬＥＤ(緑)が点灯しない場
合や点灯が弱い場合は、バッテリ－寿命ですのでバッテリ－を新品に交換してください。
The lubricant around the slide shaft and the sealing is likely to harden under the circumstances such
as the cold weather or a long interval at rest, causing de cient stroke of the sensor plate. Please press
the sensor plate with a nger several times before use.
Make sure at each stroke that the LED (green) turns on. If it does not turn on or lights feebly, the
battery has run out or been running down. Replace the battery with a new one.

本器の測定面・底面およびワ－ク取り付け面の油分
やゴミ等を取り除いて測定を行ってください。
Completely remove oil, dust, etc from the sensor plate,
bottom surface and mounting surface prior to measuring
operation.
・必要に応じて、付属の専用ストラップ(BST-A)をご使用ください。
・Please use an accessory strap when necessary.

OPERATION MANUAL
Thank you for purchasing the BASE MASTER mini.
The BASE MASTER mini is a precision touch sensor used to detect the reference
position and to preset a desired tool length. BASE MASTER mini allows use with
non-conductive materials of workpiece or tool by adopting internal contact.
Handled correctly, as instructed hereunder, the BASE MASTER mini will help to
improve your machining e ciency. Please read these instructions before use
and keep them where the operator may refer to them whenever necessary.
