3 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
TURNING ON AND OFF
When power is supplied, the card displays for several
seconds the software version.
Then the oven goes to the OFF status and on the time
display the LED is turned on and it stays on hold.
By pressing ON/OFF:
you turn the card on;
you turn on all the displays waiting for the introduction
of the set point;
default temperature is 100 °C;
default timer is 000, default humidity is 0.
When the temperature is set by turning the relevant
knob the display continues to flash for 15 seconds and
then accepts the set value, unless another knob is tur-
ned which causes immediate acceptance of the value
and makes the display of the second knob flash while
waiting for the set point.
When the time is set by turning the relevant knob, the
display continues to flash for 15 seconds and then ac-
cepts the set value, unless another knob is turned which
causes immediate acceptance of the value and automa-
tically makes the humidity display flash.
When the humidity value is set by turning the relevant
knob the display continues to flash for 15 seconds and
then accepts the set value; the display continues to flash
for 15 seconds and then accepts the set value.
During the cooking cycle, at the stage of variation of the

set parameters, by turning the relevant knob (temperatu-
re, time, humidity) it is possible to change the parameters
either by waiting for 15 seconds or by turning a knob.
In case the oven is stopped and no operation is perfor-
med for more than 15 minutes, the oven turns off auto-
matically as if the OFF key were pressed.
The ON/OFF key is not active during the cooking cycle,

to activate it you must first press the START/STOP key.
When you turn the oven off using the ON/OFF key or at
the end of the cooking cycle, the parameters last set are
stored for 5 minutes.
5 minutes after it was turned off the card returns, when
restarted, to the initial stage of value setting.

START/STOP KEY
By pressing the START/STOP key:
The cooking cycle starts, the internal light is activated.
The temperature display changes from visualization of

the set point to set chamber temperature and the rele-
vant LED turns on and stays on until the set point value
is reached;
the LED turns off above the set point value and it turns on
again below the set point value.
The timer display changes from time set point to
countdown time and the relevant LED flashes and beco-
mes permanently lit when the time is over.
