b. BATTERIES
Batteries not included.
(1) Slide open the battery compartment cover.
(2) Insert the batteries, and make sure that the
batteries are placed as shown in the right.
(3) Slide back the battery cover.
NOTE: Use size "AAA" manganese or alkaline
batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
c. BATTERY WARNING
1. Do not dispose of batteries in fire, batteries may
explode or leak.
2. Do not mix old and new batteries.
3. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or
rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
II. REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION
1. Point the remote control at the receiver and press the desired button.
2. The remote control will work at distances of up to roughly 16'
(5 m) at an angle of 30° between right and left from the
control panel.
3. Avoid direct sunlight as the e ect of the lens can be altered.
4. The batteries must be removed from the remote control when
exhausted and safely disposed of.
CAUTION: Please dispose of or recycle the batteries according to
municipal or provincial laws.
