Description of the problem
The refrigerated display cabinets does
not turn on
The lamp inside the refrigerated dis-

Appearance of a characteristic odor
The product gets frozen inside the re-

13. COMMON PROBLEMS AND REMEDIES

Probable cause
The supply voltage is absent in the
mains
The plug has no contact with the
mains
Circuit-breaker actuation
Faulty lamp
Faulty power unit
Damaged wiring
Incorrect installation of the refriger-
ated display cabinets
Damaged shell parts
Refrigerant leak
Faulty compressor valves
Dirty refrigerated display cabinets
Incorrect thermostat settings
Incorrect compressor operation
The starting relay is out of order
The compressor is out of order
The thermostat does not work
Damaged power cable of the modular
unit
Extremely humid ambient air
The temperature in the volume of the
refrigerated display cabinets is too low
Damaged door closing mechanism

Remedy
Ensure the required voltage for operat-
ing the refrigerated display cabinets in
the mains socket
Ensure contact with the mains
Repeat the procedure of turning on in a
relevant order. If the circuit-breaker trips
out during the procedure, the refrigerated
display cabinets is faulty. Contact your
service provider.
Replace the lamp
Replace the power unit
Replace the damaged wire
Install the refrigerated display cabinets
according to the requirements of this
manual
Replace the damaged part
Submit a repair action form to the ser-
vice provider
Thoroughly clean (wash and air out)
the refrigerated display cabinets from
product residues and dirt
