ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT:
Please read instructions thoroughly before assembly. Familiarize yourself with the inventory of
parts and the accompanying illustrations to assure safe and proper assembly.
Repeated assembly can weaken the locking ability of the washers. Periodically check all
bolted connections on your Chair to make sure they are tight and secure. Please keep the
instructions for future reference.
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS:
Read and follow all Warnings & Assembly Instructions before attempting to assemble.
Keep children away from assembly area.
Assemble on level ground.
Do not over tighten any of the bolts or nuts, but do tighten each bolt and nut until firm.

- Page 3 Step 1： Insert Right Armrest (A) into Plastic Piece1 (F) with Bolt (H) to lock. Repeat this step for Left Armrest (B) and Plastic Piece (G). A、B Step 2: Attach Front Bar (D) to Right & Left Armrest (A&B) by Bolt (K) and Washer (M), add Plastic (L) on the bolt.
- Page 4 A、B Step 4: Fix Right & Left Armrest (A&B) with back of Chair Frame (E) by Bolt (J) Washer (M), add Plastic Cap (L) on the bolt. Step 5: Make sure all bolts are tight. Put Cushion (Q) onto chair Frame (E), fasten the hook and loop.

Make sure all the bolts are tight, then add the Plastic cap (F) on the bolt.
