Powered Devices (PD) that comply with the IEEE 802.3af standard. The PoE ports on the POENS-8PT can also be used to power other Powered Devices (PD), such as the Leviton BitWise™ BC4, Leviton Door Station, Leviton PoE IP cameras, PoE Wireless Access Points, PoE Printer, etc., without requiring additional power on the network. -

INSTALLATION Unpacking: Open the shipping carton of the POENS-8PT and carefully unpack its contents: • POENS-8PT (8-Port PoE Network Switch) • AC Power adapter • User’s Guide Installation: • The surface must support at least 4.4 lb and a power outlet should be within 5 feet of the switch. -

The POENS-8PT has 8 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports. Each port incorporates 10/100Mbps support using traditional UTP cables. Each of the 8 PoE ports will automatically activate when a compatible device is identified. The POENS-8PT will supply power through the port to the connected PoE device (PD). -
