HOW TO OPERATE WARNING: Blades are sharp. Handle carefully. 1. Ensure the POWER switch is OFF (center position). 2. Drop the blade support (widest part on top) into the opening on the spiralizer base. 3. Mount the desired blade on top of the blade support (align the arrows so the blade is properly fitted). - Page 7 HOW TO OPERATE 12. Press down firmly on the food pusher with your left hand, and with your right hand, press the POWER switch up (LOW) or down (HIGH) to begin spiralizing the food. 13. Continue to push firmly down on the food pusher until the bottom of the pusher meets the center tube of the blade.

CLEANING & CARE 1. Turn OFF and unplug the appliance. 2. The base may be cleaned with a damp cloth. 3. DO NOT use abrasive pads or cleaners. 4. THE BLADES ARE VERY SHARP! BE CAREFUL WHEN HANDLING THEM! 5. Hand wash the bowl, blades, chute and pusher in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly. -

RECIPES Cauliflower and Zucchini Salad 1 lg. head cauliflower 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced ½ tsp. red pepper flakes 4 Tbsp. olive oil 1 med. zucchini, spiralized 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar salt 1. Steam the cauliflower until tender, 5–10 minutes.
